Today we went to Mammoth Cave as we have for the past 4 years or so and it was awesome. Our tour guide was an African American man name Jerry R. Bransford who also served in Vietnam. Ranger Jerry actually had relatives from the 1800’s who were tour guides and also made discoveries in the cave. He’s worked there for about 6 years but this is the first time we got Ranger Jerry as our main tour guide. The history and stories he told was simply amazing. Mammoth Cave should make him a permanent tour that they offer.
